Warrantee
All STORK Instruments products are sold with 12 month warrantee. Any fault in workmanship or parts of any STORK product will be rectified free of charge within one year of delivery. This warrantee does not apply in cases where the instrument has been abused, subjected to accidental damage or has been used outside our normal operating instructions.
Calibration service
All STORK Instruments products may be returned for 
calibration to our main calibration laboratory or to our subsidiary calibration facilities in other parts of the world. Calibration certificates are issued with full traceability to National Standards.
We will accept other manufacturer's hygrometers for calibration at the discretion of our calibration laboratory manager.
Exchange Service
In the case of STORK DEWCom transmitters, we offer an exchange service at a special price, as an alternative to returning the product for calibration. When ordered, an exchange transmitter is sent to the customer, who returns the old sensor after he has received the replacement.
This service has the attraction that the customer is never left without cover.
Maintenance Contracts
For added security, STORK Instruments can offer full maintenance contracts which provide total security by offering regular maintenance, immediate replacement or exchange. Maintenance contracts are individually tailored to the customer's requirements.
